Educational Product Sales Specialist
E-Learning Platform (IGCSE & A Level Courses)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Educational Product Sales Specialist to join our growing e-learning platform, specialized in IGCSE and A Level courses. This role is ideal for a sales-focused professional who is passionate about education and experienced in selling academic products to students and parents worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell IGCSE and A Level online courses to students and parents across international markets.
- Provide academic guidance to prospective students, helping them select suitable courses based on their educational goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to enrollment and payment completion.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and online communication channels to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to improve sales strategies and student experience.
- Stay updated on curriculum requirements, exam boards, and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in educational sales, online courses, or academic counseling (IGCSE/A Level experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong sales mindset with a results-driven and target-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to engage effectively with students and parents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms, CRMs, and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
