UK Agent Quality Framework

IGE Educational Services Ltd is committed to the principles of the UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF), as set out in the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents.

As part of this commitment:

  • All IGE counsellors advising students on UK study options complete the British Council’s UK Agent and Counsellor Training, and hold current, valid certification.
  • We provide honest, accurate, and impartial advice based solely on each student’s individual profile, goals, and eligibility — never influenced by commission arrangements with universities.
  • Our counselling and application support services are provided to students free of charge. IGE is compensated by universities through commission for successful enrolments; this does not affect the advice given to students.
  • We host and proactively share the British Council’s Student Guide to Choosing an Education Agent with every student who engages with our services.
  • We maintain a clear, accessible complaints procedure for any student or family who is unhappy with our service.
  • Where we work with referral partners or sub-agents, we hold them to the same ethical standards and require their commitment to the National Code of Ethical Practice.
