• The Fees will be paid on Two Installments (50% on Acceptance, 50% by 1^st January), Discounts will be applied on the 2^nd
• Tuition fees are subjected to an annual increase up to 10% based on the university decision.
• Tuition fees’ categories (Merit Scholarship) are based on high school academic performance.
• All scholarships and discounts are not to exceed 35%.

Note: The certificate must be updated by yearly achievement and stamped by the Ministry of Sports and Youth or the Sports Federation and the Egyptian Olympic Committee (If the student did not manage to achieve any medals yearly, unfortunately the sports scholarship will be removed or to be switched by the new achieved category).

The Tournaments\Championships will be counted for the last played competition either Nationally or Internationally.  

• Siblings Discount:

Second Sibling will get 10% scholarship provided that both siblings are enrolled in the university.

Twins are subject to the discount to be applied in favor of the parent for one of them
In case of the withdrawal from CUF, the scholarship will be removed.

Second sibling who have an ALUMNI (CUF graduate) will get 10% scholarship locked for all study years.

• Schools & Partners Discount
• Early Admission Discount:

 You can grantee 15% discount locked for the 4 years, if you applied and paid the deposit before 1^th of July 2026.

• Affiliate Discount:

For Ministry of Internal affairs, Military and Judiciary, and their affiliates, and Syndicates are guaranteed 5% discount for the first year only, once providing official evidence.

The parent must have an active syndicate membership to grantee the discount.

• Financial Aid Scholarship:

This scholarship for students who lost their guardians, Martyrs’ offspring, will start from 5% depending on the university evaluation and decision.

Full Tuition Discount:

If you paid the full tuition fees, you would get a 5% extra discount on every year’s full payment.

Full tuition fees discount has no ceiling and are added to any other discounts.

• Scholarship & Discounts Terms and Conditions:

 The student must pass the academic year without any referrals and retakes, in addition to achieving the passing grade to maintain the Merit scholarship or the student will return to the standard fees category.

• Academic Achievement Scholarship (Enrolled Students):

You can gain an academic achievement scholarship, depending on the following requirements:

This academic scholarship is Added to the Merit scholarship.

• Miscellaneous Fees:
• Application Fees: 1500 EGP (Non-Refundable).
• Deposit: 30,000 EGP for Egyptians and 500 GBP for International Students
• English Exam Fees (APTIS): 3000 EGP
• Transfer Fees: 5000 EGP / 100 GBP (Paid one time & Non-Refundable).
• The student will pay (2,500 EGP/ 100 GBP Medical Insurance & 12,500 EGP/400 GBP Lab Fees & EGP10,000/450GBP Admin fees) every year. These fees should be paid, in addition to the tuition fees upon acceptance.
• The student will pay 5,000 EGP/GBP 100 Facility Insurance for one time (Refundable on graduation if no damage happened).
• Exam retake Fees: 5000 EGP/100GBP.
• Module retake Fees: 30,000 EGP/450 GBP Module.
• Enrollment Letter: 600 EGP (An Arabic enrollment letter with a governmental stamp is issued within two weeks. Enrollment letters with a university stamp, whether Arabic or English, are issued within 2–5 working days. All requests must be submitted through the appropriate university channel and are processed upon payment of the applicable fee).
• Refund Policy & Deadlines:
• Application fees: Non-Refundable.
• Deposit: Non-Refundable after 1^st of July 2026, unless the student is rejected from the side of the University.
• The Early Admission deadline is 1^st of July 2026.
• Tuition Fees Withdraw Policy:
• 1^st Installment Refundable during the 1^st Week of classes (excluding the deposit & Medical Insurance & Admin fees) and Non-Refundable by starting the 2^nd Week of classes.
• If the student wants to withdraw after starting of the 2^nd Week of classes the 1^st Installment should be paid to receive your papers.
• If the student wants to withdraw after starting of the 1^st day of Classes (Sem 2), the 2^rd installment is Non-Refundable
• If the student wants to withdraw after starting of the 1^st day of Classes (Sem 2), the 2^nd installment should be paid to receive your papers.
• Facility Insurance: Refundable on graduation/Withdraw, if no damage has occurred.
• The late payment penalty policy is applied after the Installment’s due date at a rate of 2% (compounded) per Week.
• After 1 Month from the payment deadline, if the fees are still unsettled, further actions will be take
