Student Recruitment Specialist (Egypt)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on recruiting students to enroll in universities across Egypt and requires a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and counsel prospective students interested in studying at universities in Egypt.
- Promote Egyptian universities and academic programs to students through calls, meetings, events, and online channels.
- Guide students throughout the recruitment journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Achieve monthly and annual recruitment targets in a highly sales-oriented environment.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on university admission requirements, programs, and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the higher education sector in Egypt is an advantage.
